Returns & Refunds Policy

At LFG! Poker, many of our products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns in the same way as traditional retail stores.

That said, if something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping
Defective
Incorrect
Significantly different from what was ordered

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Size Exchanges

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Because products are made to order, we generally cannot offer exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

If there is a manufacturing error or sizing discrepancy from the published size chart, please contact us and we will review the situation.

Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color
Accidental purchases
Change of mind
Personal preference

Since each item is produced specifically for the customer, these situations do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times vary by payment provider but typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Gift cards do not expire.
